Requirements

Pulse is always on the look out for new development opportunities. Ideally, we like to stay within a one hour drive of Knutsford to ensure that we can assess sites and respond quickly. If you know of an opportunity that you think might be of interest, please contact us on info@pulsepartnerships.co.uk and we will pay an introduction fee for any site we were not previously aware of (that leads to a completion).

We are also keen to speak to land owners who are interested in a Joint Venture. If you have a site, we can bring the development experience and funding, in an honest, open and transparent manner to help you achieve your objectives for the site. We will always put honesty and integrity before profit and we are always happy to have an initial phone conversation to discuss ideas and opportunities. 

Residential Requirements

  • Sites from one plot to twenty plots.
  • 0.1 acre to 2 acres.
  • Fairly affluent areas where 4 bed detached will sell for at least £300k.
  • New build houses or conversion of larger property into apartments – no new build apartment schemes please.
  • Former retail or pub sites considered. 

Commercial Requirements

  •  Sites of 0.5 acre to 15 acres.
  • Retail, Offices, Industrial, Trade Counter uses of interest.
  • Sites must be located on a main arterial road with good passing traffic numbers.
  • High Street retail units of interest – if in nice towns/villages.
  • Vacant out of town retail units of interest if over 10,000 sqft.
  • Any site near a motorway junction will be of interest.
  • No site is too difficult for us – we have the experience and knowledge to cope with most abnormals and unusual scenarios/obstacles.
